WithYou rebrand

As Head of Brand and Digital, I led the strategic refresh of WithYou’s brand - a national charity supporting people experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol and mental health.

Following a previous rebrand that failed to resonate, my role was to course-correct, steering a full brand review, engaging internal and external stakeholders, and shaping a new identity that reflected who WithYou had become. The refreshed brand reconnected with our roots in lived experience and our commitment to standing alongside people without judgement.

Working in close partnership with The Co-Foundry, I oversaw the development of our brand strategy, tone of voice, messaging, identity system and comprehensive guidelines - all stress-tested through qualitative and quantitative research with staff, service users and commissioners.

The result: a bold, flexible, and emotionally grounded brand that spoke clearly and confidently to people at the heart of our mission, the teams who delivered the work, and the partners who helped fund it.
